On the third Tuesday of the month (except December) fellow investors, contractors and vendors from the St. Louis area meet at The Lodge Des Peres, 1050 Des Peres Road, Des Peres, MO 63131
Networking Session (6:30-7:00PM). Light meal and refreshments are served.
Main Event (7:00-9:00 PM), features speakers who cover such subjects as how to evaluate a property for investment, what improvements make a property sale-able, how to choose the right tenant, what does title insurance buy, tax-free IRA investing, and many more important topics to make you a successful investor.
After the main meeting, you are invited to stay until 9:00 PM for additional networking or one-on-one questions with our featured speaker where you will receive insights and tips from professionals in the industry to help save you time and money.

STLREIA has decided to restart our monthly networking lunches. If you have been a part of our organization for a while, you might remember the lunches held at Applebee’s restaurant in Creve Coeur. We’ll be returning there for monthly networking lunches on the first Monday of the month. Please join us and meet up with old and new friends, with whom you can connect to swap information, get advice, find new deals, or possibly sell those properties you’re currently thinking of listing.
