(Certified IRA Services Professional), an RMLO (residential mortgage loan officer), and has extensive experience in real estate and business development. As an investor, private lender, and SDIRA Executive, Nate has personally overseen thousands of self-directed IRA investments involving real estate, promissory notes, and much more.
Nate is an expert on self-direction and has been a contributor to US News and World Report, Fox Morning News, and has helped educate tens of thousands of individual investors on how to properly use self-directed IRAs, 401ks, and other plans. He’s been a major contributor to the growth of 2 self-directed IRA companies, including Directed IRA, the fastest growing self-directed IRA company in the country, named to the INC 1000list for fastest growing companies in the US for 2023, with over 700 5-STAR reviews.
Nate holds a Business Management and Finance degree from the University of Portland and was named to the Top 100 People in Finance by Top 100 Magazine in 2019.
