Eviction stay clarification from CDC
Attached is a clarification from the CDC of their eviction stay. We think it clarifies that we can file evictions and get judgments and inquire as to the bona fides if a declaration is served on us. So, if people want to file suit they can, even if the tenant has given them a CDC…
