David Ounanian (David O) graduated college and worked as a software engineer for a decade. He eventually grew tired of climbing the corporate ladder only to be trapped in financial debt, living paycheck to paycheck. He felt that his job was draining all his energy and he regretted not being able to spend quality time with his family.
He decided he had to make a change and he began investing in real estate. He got off to a rocky start and his first investment was a complete disaster. Although it almost sank him financially, he did not give up. David continued to learn from his mistakes by investing in himself. Now, as a full-time real estate investor, David has made financial freedom a reality and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
Today, David purchases rental properties for long term holds, in addition to having an active flipping business. From the experience he has gained, David also helps other investors find properties through Wealth Agents, a company he founded. He is passionate about helping others become financially free while avoiding the mistakes he made as a beginner.
