Networking Session: 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM

Get ready for the yearly Ted Drew's ice cream. We will have another networking session where we will divide up into groups so you can meet your fellow investors. Groups will have topics such as financing properties, where to find contractors, dealing with difficult tenants and other pertinent topics.

Main Meeting: 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Melissa Roy of Continental Title will present on “Turning Real Estate Investing into Financial Gain”.  She is a wealth of knowledge and is an investor herself. She will guide you through such situations as:

“I thought this house would sell quickly. Now a year later it’s still sitting here. What can I do to turn this into a positive experience?”

“How do I determine if what the seller tells me is true?”

“How do I find good deals before the whole world knows about them?”

“How do I protect myself from scams?”

Of course Melissa can answer title questions as well should you wish to ask.
