Real Estate investors like all professionals have the ability to do a lot of good or harm depending on their motivation and execution. This topic is rarely discussed. It´s usually about profit, profit, profit! He has done very little speaking and a format that seems to work well is his knowledge of whyyou should invest in real estate. 

What experience does Ivan bring to the table?

Making it “small time” in St. Louis

Ivan Garcia moved to St. Louis with his wife Jenifer in 1999. He was young and broke. With no connections he clumsily stumbled upon real estate investing. Since then he has been involved in the creation of several small but mighty real estate related businesses with a wonderful team including lots of family and friends. They include Garcia Properties, Garcia Development and Garcia Construction. Ivan owns hundreds of units, both residential and mixed used. He sees business as a tool to create our community.

He will discuss the leasing process followed by an explanation of the Mobility Connection program's goals. Peter will also be sharing the great services that they provide to make renting to tenants with vouchers as painless as possible.
